Welcome to my space, lovingly crafted since 2015.
As a triple-accredited coach, I passionately research what brings me closer to my truth, softer in my power, more alive in my body, and more connected in my relationships. I have served women’s homecoming for the last 10 years in various capacities as a coach, facilitator, retreat leader, and friend.
“Erotic aliveness”, a term I coined, became an obsession after falling numb and disconnected after the birth of my daughter. Although my heart was bursting with love and devotion for her, I could barely feel anything in my body, except heaviness and pain. This was so different from the excitement and turn-on I felt for Life beforehand.
As life would have it, I met many women on the way who had the same challenge.
And as A Course in Miracles says- If you want to learn something, teach it. So I enrolled in an additional 650 hours of education and embodiment work, learning and applying energy-activating, pleasure-driven, breathwork-enhanced protocols to bring my Eros back online. And girl, it worked. After 6 months, my energy came back bigger and brighter and with such erotic and creative potency that it was just a matter of time until my work re-centered itself around creating this for my clients.
While I regained my erotic essence, it came too late to save my marriage. Years of living side by side, yet not truly alive or connected, left a permanent mark. This led to a conscious, loving separation that was hard and beautiful at the same time. This journey illuminated the crucial need to reconnect with our Eros and embrace the vitality within our bodies and hearts. The cost of neglecting this connection can be profound.
